She’s been on this boat for what seemed like a week. But according to the girls, it’s just been a couple of days. Being on a yacht clearly wasn’t what she was thought it would be. After all, she did get to the island on a boat but this was nothing like the first one.
There were no parties, not a lot of women just a few of business men types, with cigars. The girls seemed to be very familiar with what was going on, but Malini’s never felt out of place. Not since the first time she was on one of these things.
But she reminded herself that she got used to that, she got used to Howard. And not just. She was sure gonna find a way to get around this place. And on top of it. She was going to figure out exactly what she was doing here. Why Howard put her here, of all places. Figure out a way to stay ahead of everything for once.
She was under the impression that she had something special with Howard, but clearly his actions proved otherwise. She was just someone, he was grooming to use for one of his work ploys.
Malini knew, that given everything she had set in motion with the stupid mistake she made with Kevin, she no longer wanted to let all these random people, make all the decisions for her. It was time to take control.
But as much as she wanted to, she had no idea how to take control. She’s always been under the shadow of a man her entire life. Sure, she knew how to get a man to get what she wants, but everything around her seemed so much more complicated than she cared to admit. She desperately needed a way off this boat. From all these ogling men.
None of the men on the boat were even like Addams. She was fortunate enough to be with people who were easier on the eyes. Not that Addams was bad to look at. But the man had a certain quality about himself that just set him out a lot heavier than the ones she was on the boat with.
Malini had spent the last couple days on the boat just randomly browsing around the compartments and prancing around with the twenty other models onboard.
Having spent as much time as she did with Katy Cindy and the twenty other girls the last couple of days, gave her a whole new perspective on what modelling was actually like.
For most part of her life, Malini was under the assumption that the kind of hard that was implied with modelling was all about keep a fitness regime and eating healthy. Having spent as much time with them as she did, she was growing a whole new appreciation for the profession.
She never realized the sheer number of sucking up these girls have to do with these clients. For a moment she wondered what the actual purpose of agencies actually was.

Malini stood on the main deck leaning against the railing, watching the sea as the yachts sailed fast. Malini contemplated everything that she’s been through the last couple years since her kids left for college.
She had on a casual white sundress with floral print all over it. She felt sea breeze riding up her legs and blowing the skirt high above her waist. And yet she barely flinched. She’s been so used to the many eyes on her. She didn’t even care anymore.
“You’re catching quite the attention.” Said the soft sweet voice from behind her. Before she turned to see who, the woman came right over and stood beside Malini.
It was one of the other models. But Malini couldn’t remember seeing her at all the last couple days. She seemed a lot older and a whole lot sexier than the younger models. For a moment she even seemed a little familiar.
Malini smiled at the woman and looked over her shoulder at the men on the lounge chairs, ogling at her, and smiled courteously. “Not for long.” Malini said as she took a good look at the woman.
“I’m Amanda.” Said the woman with a soft giggle. “I just got here last night.” She said.
Malini didn’t know how that was even possible. They were in the middle of the sea. She must have choppered in. If so, it must have made quite a noise, but Malini had no idea.
“Last night?” Malini said quizzically.
“Yes.” Said Amanda. “I was on a different boat, some of us were expected on here. So, we jumped ship.” She ended with a soft chuckle.
“Oh…” Malini smiled and turned to the sea, wondering if the woman knew why they were on the boat to begin with.
“You’re not much of a talker, are you?” said Amanda with a soft chuckle.
“I’m sorry. It’s just…” she paused briefly contemplating if she even needed to bare herself to a stranger. For all she knew, she probably worked for Howard’s competition and anything she could say might end up unfavourable to Howard. She didn’t want to risk it. And the more mardin escort she thought about it. She grew angry over the fact that she was holding herself restrained for a guy who was using her as some kind of a sexual pawn.
“What is it?” said the strange woman.
“I’m not even sure if I can say anything…” Malini sighed shaking her head.
The woman sensed the discomfort in Malini’s voice. And didn’t want to pry. “I know what you mean.” She said, “So, let’s not talk about it.” She said, almost casually. “Lets just drive the men nuts.”
The fact that the woman was as casual, made Malini smile. She nodded and turned. Leaning back on the railing, with her back to the sea. Facing the men on the lounge, Malini took a good look at the woman and smiled, “You look like you’re more than capable of doing that all by yourself.” Malini laughed.
“Oh, shut up.” Said the woman casually and laughed. “They’ve been taking a gander at your butt, long before I even showed up.”
Malini was comfortable enough that she laughed along. “Sure but, with this in the same vicinity?” Malini grinned. Waving at Amanda’s well sculpted body. “I don’t think my butt’s any competition.” She laughed.
The two women laughed along and soon Malini was lost in a conversation about nothing with the lovely lady. She spent the day with the woman. Talking and partying with the other girls.
Right after sun set. Amanda offered Malini a drink in her cabin. Malini wasn’t sure, if this was a night cap, she didn’t even bother to ask. They have been flirting heavily and enjoyed each other’s company all day.
It barely took her a moment to realize, that Amanda wasn’t camped alone in the cabin. She was definitely with someone else. What was surprising was that it wasn’t the other models.
Most of the models on the boat were camped together with limited spacing. Malini herself was allotted with Cindy and Katy. But Amanda seemed to have a big enough room one which she shared with another man. Apparently.
Having seen the place, she couldn’t help but wonder, if she was with anyone important. Once Amanda turned on the lights inside. It was evident. She was clearly with someone important. There was a phone on the bedside, that had the words Captain, imprinted right on handle.
She found herself a comfortable spot on one of the sofa chairs and watched the woman look for something.
“You know, you are a really fun person to hang out with. Maybe you should tour with me, once this boat trip is done with.” Said Amanda.
“Tour?” said Malini, surprised and curious. Whatever did she mean? “Wait… You’re in the music business?” she wondered, trying hard to place her. Malini knew she looked familiar but she didn’t seem like a singer.
Amanda laughed at the mention of her in the music industry. She then pulled out a laptop and a DSLR from one of the closed cabinets and connected her phone to it.
Something she didn’t notice earlier was a tripod in the corner. Amanda pulled it out and placed it right at the foot of the bed and connected the camera to the computer as well.
And before Malini could even ask another question. Amanda pulled off the top and her skirt she had on and clawed into bed. She smiled and got on her front. She arched her back and posed for the camera with a sultry expression. “I am a model, like most of the girls on this boat.” She said.
With a couple of clicks later she bounced onto the laptop for a couple of minutes. The entire time she couldn’t help but wonder, exactly what she meant by most of the girls. For all she knew, every girl on there was a model. Every single one of them qualified to be at the top of the industry.
Amanda grabbed her phone and then smiled as she worked her typing fingers real hard for a moment before she tossed the phone back on the bed and slipped on her shirt.
“What was that about?” asked Malini.
“Oh, I just told you.” Amanda said, “I’m a model.”
“I get that. But what was all that thing with the camera?” she asked.
Amanda laughed hysterically and grabbed a pair of shorts, “That was a post for the social media.” She said shimmying herself into the tiny pair of shorts.
“The social media?” asked Malini surprised.
“Yeah.” Repeated Amanda laughed still.
“I thought models did that on their phone.” She said,
“Phone’s don’t work as effectively as the real cameras do.” She said touching herself up at the mirror. “And plus, most people on the internet who are viewing my pictures are young boys. And the kind of people I’m in competition with, are younger girls, who are a lot younger and tighter and perkier than I am.”
“From what I just saw, I don’t think you’ve got a lot to worry about.” Malini, teased.
Amanda laughed and gave the woman a wink, “Sure, but do you really think a guy would rather look at me if I posted pictures with shakey hand held phone?”
“I still think they would.” Malini teased.
“So, you say. But I’ve seen the numbers. Not a lot of guys do. And my entire brand is based on my social media presence. And I can’t afford to lose my viewership.” She nevşehir escort said. “And I’m willing to do ‘what ever’ it takes to hold my place.”
Malini always admired a woman who was as self-motivated as she was. And to see a woman in an industry that basically just viewed women as a literal commodity, she was a little proud to have met her.
Malini spent the night with the woman meeting the other girls and a few of the men. Later that night, the party started. And surprisingly Amanda was the heart of it all. All her suspicions were true. Whoever organized this event was the one Amanda was with. But unfortunately, she neither got to meet the man nor get any information about the man. The party was pretty lit and there wasn’t a lot of talking done that night.
Malini eventually ended up bumping into Katy about midnight, flirting with one of the business men. A rather younger looking guy, who also seemed to be very interested in her, as well.
Malini soon found herself with the other girls on the dance floor, randomly swaying to the music and getting drunk, losing herself and her sorrows to the music and the dance floor. She did end up seeing Cindy at the bar with 3 other men. Having drinks and laughing. Whatever was going on, Malini didn’t want to bother her. She was a very work-oriented woman and was more than capable of taking care of herself.
Malini woke up on a lounge chair the next morning with two other girls. One on top of her and the other on the floor beside them. She couldn’t remember either one of their names. And she didn’t care. She knew that neither one of these girls could pick her out from a crowd either after this trip. So, she didn’t let any of it bother her.
Malini headed back up to her room to find the place empty. Neither Katy nor Cindy were up there. She took a quick shower and got dressed in what she could find just as Katy walked in nothing but some guy’s beach shirt with her red panties peeking out from under it. Had her dress and her bra in hand which she callously just tossed it on the bed before she gave Malini a kiss on the cheek and a cheeky grin before she got into the shower.
She headed out to open deck where the party was the night before and found Cindy at the bar. She seemed pretty trashed. Malini quickly turned to see the sun up the horizon. But not high enough to be noon.
Cindy had her hair in an absolute mess and had on a shirt just like Katy did except that Cindy had on a shirt that was a lot bigger. She remembered seeing a larger man part of the group of guys she was having drinks with the night before. She could only assume the obvious.
The two women met and Cindy immediately rolled her eyes, which only brought a smile upon Malini’s face. “I see you’ve had a busy night.” Malini said with a soft snicker. Which she desperately hid.
“Not funny.” Cindy spoke shaking her eyes before she reached for a large bottle of vodka from behind the bar and raised it up to her lips.
“I thought you didn’t drink on work?” Malini quipped, sarcastically. “Oh wait… No I must be thinking about someone else?”
“You happen to know someone else who’s a hot and single and takes you on a cruise with a bunch of business men and model. And sleeps with a bunch of em? All in the name of WORK!” She said taking another sip.
“Ohh… Speaking of which, what is this WORK we’re here for, anyways.” She asked for the hundredth time since they arrived.
“WE…” Cindy took another sip, “Are here on Howard’s behalf.” She said.
“Why can’t he be here himself?”
“He can’t be here.” She spoke shaking her head. Her eyes closed and her brows raised. “HE can’t ever be here. Apparently.” She said. “Given what he offered last year, I thought it was all water under the bridge but, apparently not.”
“Why?” Malini asked getting even more curious.
“He just can’t.” Cindy said taking another sip. She didn’t just, not want to talk about it. But she didn’t seem to even wanna think about it. She took every sip almost like she was trying to drown a harsh memory.
“I get it. But why?” Malini, pried.
“Well, the last time he was here. Howard ended up sleeping with a few of the other guy’s wives.” She said.
Malini heard it and almost burst into laughter. “Really?” she snickered.
“How is THAT funny to you?”
“Well, I just can’t imagine these guys bringing their wives on one of these trips.”
“Well, until Howard did that. This was just a casual gathering holiday gathering of the elite businesses on the island.”
“That is a BIG island. I assumed there’d be a lot more guys.”
“These guys here, along with Addams and Howard, all basically own the island. And given what Howard did. None of these guys bring their wives along anymore and some of them don’t even wanna see Howard on this boat anymore.”
“That’s quite a situation, he’s put himself in.” Malini, laughed.
“Well, it gets worse.” Cindy joined in on the laughter with Malini and reached for a couple of glasses and poured themselves a drink each. “After that incident. This trip was put on hold for the following niğde escort year. And resumed the year after on the condition that Howard doesn’t show up. All of whom pulled away from being in business with Howard. The only one who’s stuck around through all that time was Addams. Which is why he and Howard are the only ones not here.”
The moment she said that she couldn’t help but be reminded of what she saw between Howard and Taylor were doing a few days ago. She wondered if Cindy even knew about it. Or if it was something that Howard just kept to himself. She wasn’t sure if she should even mention it at the moment.
“That sounds like a tough position to be in.” Malini said nursing her drink.
“And as a penance and a form of respect. He sends us on this trip to help entertain the men and help ease the sorrow he’s brought upon them.”
“What?” Malini said as her face scrunched. She couldn’t believe what she was hearing. Pawn the women over here for his mistakes? For a moment she was disgusted. As disgusted as she was, the day she found out what Kevin had done. She couldn’t believe she ever let either one of them touch her.
“I know it’s not what you wanted to hear, but you there was no point keeping this from you now.”
“So, what? I’m just supposed to let all these men use me, fuck me like a whore?” Malini fumed. “Is THAT what he wants? Does he want all these men to have their way with me so they can forget about him not being able to keep it in his pants?”
“Hey there’s no need to lose your temper.” Cindy spoke calmly nursing her drink casually.
“How can I not.”
“It’s not all just that.” Cindy said, “Things are a lot more complicated than that.” Malini grew angrier by the second and there was nothing Cindy could say that could calm her down. “When I first met him and I was still just a freshly graduated law student. I hadn’t even passed the bar yet. But Howard took me under his wing. I fell in love with him the moment I met him. There was no turning back. With all the strings of lovers I’ve seen come and go. I just couldn’t help but wonder what it would be one of them. There was nothing I wanted more than be his woman.” Malini couldn’t believe what she was hearing. Is she confessing her love for Howard? “When the incident happened, I personally saw how the island reacted. He was practically on the verge of being ostracized from his own business. His home.”
Malini couldn’t help but wonder how a woman as elegant and talented as she was in the field that she was in, could admire a man like Howard. Malini just couldn’t wrap her head around. Maybe it was just the fresh brewing hate for the man maybe it was the disgust that she had for him and all the men around her who’ve agreed to go along with it. Malini was fuming. If life has taught her anything, is that the devil often disguises in the form of emotions. She downed the drink and poured herself another one and continued listening. Not allowing her emotions get the best of her, even if it were rational.
“Over the following weeks I watched how Howard fought to keep what’s in a place he, part owned. I will be honest; I was at first disgusted by the fact that Howard was sending women over. I was disgusted by the idea. That how a man like him could do something like that. But upon taking my time with the issue, I was allowed to think. I came to realize one important thing.” Cindy spoke softly.
“What is it?” Malini asked.
“He was a business man.” Cindy spoke with a smile and downed her drink pouring herself another one. “I read somewhere that in business, everything is a commodity that can be bartered with. I just never realized how emotionally distant your required to be in order to be successful in something. The day I truly realized what that meant, was the day I ended up in bed with one of these men. And being in bed with them, gave me a new insight into their business. A sense of clarity of what my own future could be and my place with Howard. An insight which basically helped me build my own little business with Howard.”
Malini was amazed by what she was saying. She couldn’t just help but agree with what she was saying but be angered by the reality of it all.
“So, over the following months, every time I’m on one of these boats, I end up getting new information that doesn’t just help me be a better legal adviser to Howard as well, but a cunning lawyer as well. Information is key, Malini. We are almost done swaying everyone else on this boat to get back in business with Howard.”
“Doesn’t seem like it was all that tough of a decision to make.” Malini said. “With people being traded like a meat.”
“I’m just repeating myself. AGAIN, It’s not all that simple.” Cindy laughed, “Being away from the island, had its perks. Not being able to be on the island gave Howard the opportunity to expand his business elsewhere. And having everything that he’s been through, he was more than capable of working his way back to the top. And with the help of Addams, who wasn’t just a mentor to Howard but the only guy who’s morally supported him through the tough time. Ended up being his only contact on the island to make sure that his business doesn’t run out. And over time as Howard began finding success off shore. It was a lot easier to sway the men over to his side. It wasn’t all just about the women. They just helped push them off the edge.” She laughed.
